Emilie Denaud is a member of the tax law team at ULYSSE BDA.

She obtained a Master’s 2 degree in Business and Tax Law/DJCE (Diploma in Corporate Law) from the University of Bordeaux as well as a certificate in tax law.

During her training at the lawyers’ training college in Bordeaux, Emilie worked in the legal department of Dassault Aviation in Saint-Cloud.  She then did her final internship in Paris in the tax team of business law firm Mazars Société d’Avocats.

Emilie joined our firm in November 2018 and she mainly does corporate and personal taxation and consultancy and litigation work, at both national and international level.

Emilie is a member of the French Institute of Tax Advisor Lawyers (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux, IACF) and the Bordeaux Bar Institute of Business Law (Institut de Droit des Affaires du Barreau de Bordeaux, IDABB).
