Charlotte Dedenis is a member of the business law team at ULYSSE BDA.

She obtained a Master’s 2 degree in Business and Tax Law/DJCE (Diploma in Corporate Law) from the University of Bordeaux after completing a year-long university exchange programme at Queen’s University Canada.

During her training at the lawyers’ training college in Bordeaux, Charlotte worked in the legal department of an accountancy firm.

She then did her final internship at Ulysse, before joining the business law team in September 2019 where she mainly works in in company law, commercial law and contract law.
