Contracts
The Business Law department assists the firm’s clients with the implementation of their development strategy, by helping them to define their needs and devising the contracts they need to successfully run their businesses, in a French and international context.
We can therefore handle all contractual aspects of the organisation of the marketing of our clients’ goods and services.
We can also help to implement their sales policy (terms and conditions, pricelists and structuring of rebate and discount scales, negotiating with mass retail customers) and with the creation of informal or formal distribution networks (commercial agents, concessions, distribution, franchising, etc.).
We also draft every type of commercial contract for our clients: agency contracts, bailment agreements, commercial cooperation, service contracts, IT contracts, etc.
