With an MSc in Management, specialising in Finance and Taxation (Université Paris Dauphine), and a Master’s 2 in Corporate Taxation (Université Paris Dauphine), Alexis Degagny is well versed in all French and international tax issues. From 2008 to 2011 Alexis Degagny worked in the tax department of Hogan Lovells, (formerly Hogan & Hartson). He has also practised in the legal and tax departments of Acergy (formerly Stolt Offshore) and Telekurs/Fininfo.

Alexis Degagny works mainly in the tax law and mergers & acquisitions fields. He joined BDA in September 2011 and has been a partner since 2015.
