Aubane is a member of the business law team at ULYSSE BDA.

She holds a Master’s 2 degree in Business Law (DJCE, Diploma in Corporate Law) and a Specialised Master’s in Law and International Management from ESCP Paris business school.

During her training at the Paris Bar School, she did her final internship at the Paris firm Bredin Prat and then practised for three years at Scotto Partners in Paris, which specialises in private equity. After that she practised for over four years in the business law department of RMC & Associés in Bordeaux.

Aubane joined the business law team at Ulysse in January 2020, where she now works mainly in business law and contract law.
