Marc Deneuville

Partner

After completing a dual degree programme in International Business Law and a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in English and North American Business Law (Paris I and the Institut de Droits des Affaires (IDA – Paris II)), Marc Deneuville joined Editions Francis Lefebvre, where he was partly seconded to the “Contracts” department of Bureau Francis Lefebvre.

Convinced that he wanted to work as a legal consultant serving his clients in a multidisciplinary environment, Marc Deneuville decided to join Coopers & Lybrand (now Landwell), specialising in the mergers, acquisitions and contracts fields, in conjunction with accounting and consulting professionals, notably on financial matters.

After more than ten years with the Paris office, Marc Deneuville decided to move to Bordeaux, where he initially joined Landwell’s Bordeaux office, before later moving to a law firm in the Ernst & Young network.

Following the Enron affair, the end of a synergistic, multidisciplinary collaboration involving the “Big Five” prompted Marc Deneuville to start his own business law firm, and he then went on to found Ulysse with Philippe Bonnin.
