Having followed a dual training pathway, graduating from HEC Paris (where she majored in International Tax and Legal Strategy), and after earning a postgraduate diploma in Business Law (DESS, Paris IX), Marie Schocher practised for over four years in Paris at Ichay & Mullenex Avocats, a firm specialising in the new technologies sector, where she worked with a clientèle of French SMEs and international groups.

She joined Ulysse in May 2010, becoming a partner in March 2018.

Marie Schocher provides consultancy services mainly in company law, commercial law and contract law, advising clients on acquisitions and corporate restructuring operations.
