Marine Jalladeau is a member of the business law team at ULYSSE BDA. She obtained her Master’s 2 degree in Tax Law, Business Law, Consulting and Business Administration at INSEEC Bordeaux.

During her training at the lawyers’ training college in Bordeaux, Marine had the opportunity to work in the corporate departments of law and accountancy firms.

Marine joined our firm in December 2017 where she now works mainly in company law and on acquisitions and corporate restructuring operations.
