Philippe Bonnin has a DEA postgraduate diploma in Private Law (Bordeaux I) and a Master’s degree in Wine and Spirits Law, Management and Trade (Paris V-Nanterre and Poitiers).

Before co-founding Ulysse in 2009, Philippe Bonnin practised as a lawyer at two other firms, Fidal (at the Bordeaux regional office) and TAJ, where he headed the Bordeaux office for 12 years.

Philippe Bonnin has developed considerable expertise in the taxation of merger & acquisition and private equity transactions. He also assists a large number of business leaders with wealth management issues.

In addition, due to the specific nature of his university studies, Philippe Bonnin also specialises in property transactions in the wine sector and has in-depth knowledge of wine law.

Philippe Bonnin currently works with a French and foreign clientèle of business leaders, companies and investment funds.

Philippe Bonnin also writes articles for specialised journals (AXA Gestion Privée and others).
