Business litigation

The Business Law department assists companies and their officers and managers when they are confronted with civil and commercial disputes.

The main aim is to provide the most appropriate solution to any dispute, whether it is through legal action or an out-of-court settlement.

Our team assists and represents its clients whether they are claimants or defendants, in all stages of their litigation, from the start of proceedings before the competent civil or commercial court through to the enforcement of the court’s ruling.

We also intervene in the pre- and post-litigation negotiation phases and in the drafting of settlement agreements.

Our services
In particular we assist our clients:

  • With all issues involved in contract law and especially the most frequent ones, such as non-performance or incomplete or inadequate performance of contracts, or the termination of contracts
  • In disputes arising in the context of mergers & acquisitions, notably difficulties resulting from the activation of the liability guarantee
  • When they encounter difficulties in the running of their companies or in the event of disagreements between shareholders
